Mr. Dinesh has more than 25 years of experience working in various product domains and business development in companies like Standard Chartered Bank, Citi Bank, Etc. He is currently directing the overall operations, especially delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, and managing the company’s organizational structure and strategy.

He has vast experience working in different regions. He has worked in Australia and then moved to Singapore. For 10 years, he has been driving the Unison Consulting. He is the most active director as he’s handling the core business operations. He supports the business and compliance through the provision of an effective service delivery model to drive operational excellence. He also overlooks effective project and change management. He overlooks all the teams working at Unison and offers them assistance based on his years of expertise.

As the company’s president, his capabilities ensure achieving all business objectives for Unison. He establishes a PMO activity to manage all proposal and delivery activities under multiple task vehicles. He leads all company’s project managers, sales and consultants in systems development and software implementation projects.

Mr. Palaniappan Chidambaram is a highly Motivated Risk Management and Analytics Specialist with a comprehensive skillset in System Integration and Implementation of Risk Management systems and Risk Analytics systems.

His area of expertise includes Regulatory Reporting, Big Data Compute Services, Balance Sheet Modelling, Analytics, Liquidity Risk Management, Credit Risk Reporting, Market Risk Reporting, and Data Quality Management.

Mr. Chidambaram works alongside the founders to help improve the operations at Unison Consulting. With his extensive experience and innovative approach, he has been a primary contributor in the success of the organization.

Having more than 18+ years of experience in Risk IT Implementation, our co-founder Ghouse Mulla is an asset to Unison Consulting. He has Extensive experience in designing, implementing, and delivering risk management products from scratch using big data technologies.

Successfully implemented RISK IT and DWH systems as a system integrator for major Singapore banks such as Maybank, SCB, OCBC, and DBS.

Unison Consulting has greatly benefitted from Mr.Ghouse’s extensive experience. He has founded the organization based on his years of experience and has been working meticulously since then to help the organization climb the ladder of success.

NoreshKumar Thankarasoo is a hardworking Resource Manager gifted at performance specification and reviewing designs to meet client expectations. Exhibits excellent planning, time management, decision making, presentation and organization skills along with a proven ability to effectively perform in a fast paced, high growth, rapidly changing environment.

Mr. Noresh mastered in Capacity planning and weekly assignment coordination for MS Consultants across Asia (Japan, Australia, India, Southeast Asia, China). Achieved assignment optimization, both onsite and remote across countries within Southeast Asia. He is responsible for making sound staffing decisions and resolving conflicts within the practice that have significant impact on utilization and on internal and external customer satisfaction.

Her expertise lies in implementing effective onboarding strategies, partnering closely with hiring managers, and delivering top-quality talent across various organizations.As a Human Resource Specialist, she manages from the Employment Pass Application and the entire on-boarding process focusing on both permanent and contract roles for expats and locals.

Additionally, her background in account management has provided valuable experience in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients, particularly in the banking and IT sectors. Hereby, she ensures the alignment of business and HR objectives for sustained success in UnisonTech Consulting Sdn Bhd.

Her responsibilities include reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of onboarding documents, coordinating with candidates and internal teams, and providing support to make sure new hires have a seamless transition into the company.
She strives to make the process as efficient and welcoming as possible to set up our employees for success. With over a year of experience at UnisonTech, she is dedicated to support the HR department by streamlining administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with company policies.

As we continue to grow, she remains focused on maintaining a positive work environment and offering consistent support to both our team members and new hires to ensure a smooth and successful integration.
